HOW TO POSITION AND USE ADJUSTABLE MYPAD MATTRESS PADS:

The diagram below shows how to place the pad between the mattress and box springs.

Make sure the label side faces up.

The sleep pad may also be centered on the floor under any bed.

Check the position of the pad or pads occasionally.

Do not wrap the pads around body parts. Keep them flat. Roll pads up to transport them.

You may experience a light tingling when first sleeping over ANY type of magnetic mattress pad. This is a temporary sensation which will reduce after the body is accustomed to improved blood circulation.

The diagrams below shows the correct position for MYPAD mattress pads and how to adjust the amount of magnetic energy.

How to position magnetic pads.

The diagram below shows that our basic pad has open-ended pockets along the sides and extending across the pad width. These pockets contain a layer of fixed permanent magnetic strips.

The diagram below also shows that the basic pad is made adjustable by sliding magnetic strips into pockets on top of the fixed magnetic strips. The adjustable strips may be withdrawn and re-positioned at problem areas along your body length.  The red dots on the adjustable magnetic strips should always be positioned up.

How to adjust or add magnetic strips to magnetic pads.

HOW TO USE MYPAD BACK PADS:

The Back Pad generates negative magnetic energy that is directed toward the body.

The basic back pad has two pockets or loops (similar to trouser belt loops.) Slide the belt through the loops on the back pad and then place the belt into position around the waistband. When the belt is in position and buckled, the back pad cannot be seen and will not slip out of position.
Each back pad includes two extra magnetic strips for adjustment. Remove the strips or replace them for magnetic energy adjustments.
These back pads increase blood circulation in the back muscles thus producing warm moist heat which substantially reduces injury and pain. They are more effective than back harnesses or other similar devices.
